At TrenzWeb, each piece is handmade with care, so we accept returns or refunds only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at trenzweb.store@yahoo.com with your order number and photos if applicable. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify. Custom or personalized orders, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (shipping costs are non-refundable). Our shipping process is simple and transparent: Standard Shipping takes up to 7 business days, while Express Shipping is available for 2–3 day delivery once your order has shipped. Please note that many of our products are Made to Order, so we kindly ask that you allow up to 7 days for production before your item is dispatched. You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
